The new date is Wednesday, September 30th at the Birchwood Manor. Time change – 12 Noon – 4 P.M. That is necessary in case we cannot get into set-up the day before.
It is a plated lunch. The salad is a Cranberry Leaf salad. The entree choices are Prime Rib, Chicken Mark Anthony (French breast of chicken with roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, onions, and Champagne sauce), and Salmon with orange-ginger sauce. The vegetarian option is pasta primavera. We deleted the pasta course and dessert to save money. However, we are going to try to get cakes donated.
If you have already sent me your reservation form, please e-mail or text me your entree choice. If I don’t hear from you I will call you after I have called all the other people who have already paid.

Our Scholarship Fundraising Committee is hard at work (led by Cheryl Doltz) planning our upcoming Tricky Tray. In addition to the fabulous gift baskets, there will be new and fun activities for all!
If you can donate an item or basket (or anything at all to the cause), the deadline is the end of March, but please get it to Cheryl as soon as possible as we will start putting baskets together before the end of this month.
