A deposit of $200.00 per person, along with the completed application and insurance if purchasing, is due as soon as possible. Make checks payable to Long’s Travel. Final payment is due no later than July 15, 2020.

CANCELLATIONS The following fees will apply per person for tour cancellations: (Fees are waived by purchasing insurance and you have to cancel for a covered reason) Cancellations up to July 15, 2020; $100.00. Cancellations from July 16 – August 15, 2020; $1000.00 per person. No refunds after August 15, 2020. INSURANCE Cancellation/trip interruption insurance is $105.00 per person for double occupancy and $137.00 for single occupancy. Please add this to your deposit. Once purchased, the insurance premium is non-refundable.
